December 12, 2010 — The chapter’s executive officers for the year 2010-2011 were inducted in simple ceremonies at the Shadow Creek Clubhouse in Danville.The induction was held during the association’s annual Christmas party and was presided by Consul Alfonso “Doy” Ver, who is also a member of our chapter. Inducted were Selenna Franco-Cefre, President; Daisy Rodriguez, 1st Vice-President; Evelyn Balancio, 2nd Vice-President; Diosy Rey, Treasurer; Henri Fajardo, 1st Secretary ; Marivi Perez, 2nd Secretary; Cherry Utleg, Auditor; Alexis Zulueta, Parliamentarian and Romi Beza, Chair of the Advisory Committee.
As usual, the association’s officers prepared an impressive lunch buffet for the members and guests. Chapter resident musician Ulysses Dumdum also regaled the gathering with Filipino and Christmas guitar renditions. Former chapter presidents Norma Lacambra, Ceny Duldulao, Vangie Poe-Quesada and Raffy Rey led association members in attending the event. One of the chapter’s founders, Edna Victorino, also graced the occasion.
