The Berkeley chapter held its annual holiday party last Sunday Dec. 2, 2007 at the Sunset Clubhouse in Walnut Creek. As usual, the party was marked by a lot of musical renditions that put the partygoers in a holiday mood. They were actually greeted at the lobby by popular Flipino and Christmas songs renditions by the Tradition rondalla group, who also presented more rondalla pieces during the program proper later in the evening. Other musical numbers were presented by Henry Torres, the Sincerity music group (a capella singing) and Ullyses Dumdum (guitar). The day’s program was emceed by former chapter president Ceny Duldulao. Another former president, Jay Castro, took care of the evening’s games. Guests included former UP Alumni Association in America and UP San Francisco chapter president Ted Aquino, former UP professor Cesar Torres and PICPA president Selena Franco-Cefre.
